Self-Control Mac App for Email and Websites
Wow! This Mac App for email app is amazing. As far as I know it is only for Mac, so all of you Bill Gates lovers will have to find another way to focus your time.
I downloaded and installed this FREE tool and instantly blocked www.Gmail.com for 15 minutes. You can actually block any websites that you want for up to a day at a time, but the short test worked great.
This has huge potential to help keep me on track when I need to focus. Even though I try to keep my email at inbox zero, I am still in the habit of checking email way too much. Something like this will definitely help me block Gmail and any other distraction for focused blocks of time.
