iPhone Records Audio with XLR Mic Input

Just read a product link review post by No Film School about an app for around 30 bucks that records professional audio with your iPhone. I currently have the Samsung Galaxy S2 Android, but know that many, many, many Pastors have chosen the iPhone. This will spread even more now that the iPhone is with Sprint.

What caught my eye is that you can purchase cables that allow you to plug a regular XLR microphone cable into your iPhone. You have to purchase cables separately of course. However, this has the potential to drastically improve the audio quality of the phone or iPad. There is a link to the connection cables in the post that you can purchase for 30 bucks.

I have not heard audio created with a regular mic into this app, but by using an XLR input you automatically improve the audio as long as your cables and mic are good. Check out the link below.
