This would take a lot of work if you did it weekly. But the 5 minute countdown window approach by Christ’s Church of the Valley, Peoria, AZ is effective if you have the majority of your people in the Sanctuary in the 5 minutes leading up to the service. They film stories and announcements and put a countdown to the beginning of the service.
If are in a church that has classes leading up to the service making it a challenge for people to get in the doors that early this may not be the best approach. It may be better to do announcements in the middle of the service.
This is a simple idea, but would be a challenge to pull off regularly unless you have a lot going on each week at your church. You could do it monthly or every once in awhile in smaller church situations though. Recruit volunteers to continually film and take pictures of events though and it would get a lot easier to produce.
